The ideal candidate will help students choose suitable universities and countries, assist with application procedures, and provide visa guidance.Key ResponsibilitiesStudent CounsellingAssess students’ academic background, interests, and financial capacity.Recommend suitable universities and study destinations such as USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and Europe.Application & DocumentationGuide students through university application processes.Assist students in preparing and editing Statements of Purpose (SOPs).Ensure accurate and timely submission of all required documents.Visa GuidanceProvide guidance on visa application procedures and financial documentation.Prepare students for visa interviews.Relationship ManagementMaintain strong relationships with university representatives and partners.Provide support regarding accommodation and travel arrangements.Business TargetsAchieve student recruitment and admission targets.Maintain high levels of student satisfaction and service quality.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).1–3 years of experience in overseas education counseling or a similar role.Strong knowledge of international education systems and visa policies.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
