Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver technologyprojects within scope, timeline, and budget. The role requires strong coordinationacross engineering teams, business stakeholders, and clients while ensuringdisciplined use of project management frameworks and tools. The Project Managerwill drive planning, execution, monitoring, risk mitigation, and reporting across theproject lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resourceallocation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Track progress against milestones and proactively address deviations.Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate alignment between business, product, engineering, QA, andleadership teams. Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and executive reports. Manage expectations and ensure transparency throughout the projectlifecycle.Budget & Resource Management Prepare project budgets and track financial performance. Optimize resource utilization across teams. Identify risks to cost or schedule and implement mitigation plans.Project Governance & Delivery Establish and enforce project governance frameworks. Run sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and project reviews whereapplicable. Ensure documentation, reporting, and compliance standards are maintained.Tools & Systems Hands-on usage of project management and collaboration tools such as:o Azure DevOpso JIRAo Asanao Confluenceo MS Project or equivalent Maintain dashboards, workflows, backlog tracking, and reporting within thesesystems.Risk & Issue Management Identify project risks early and maintain risk registers. Drive resolution of blockers and cross-team dependencies. Escalate issues appropriately with recommended solutions.Quality & Process Improvement Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies depending onproject needs. Promote continuous improvement in delivery practices. Track KPIs such as velocity, delivery predictability, and defect leakage.Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering,or related field. 5–10 years of experience in IT project management. Proven experience delivering software development or digital transformationprojects.
