Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute design projects from concept to delivery across digital, print, and multimedia platformsDevelop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all touchpointsCollaborate with marketing, branding, product, and content teams to translate business goals into effective design solutionsCreate branding assets including ads, social media creatives, infographics, presentations, email templates, and landing pagesStay current on design trends, tools, and best practices, and bring fresh thinking to the teamManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlinesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced or agency environmentStrong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work across various mediaProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and tools like Figma, CanvaExposure to generative AI tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E) for ideation.Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytellingAbility to think strategically while also being hands-onStrong communication and presentation skillsMaster's degree is a plusExperience with motion graphics or video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus
