Location: MumbaiWork Mode: Work from Office – Thane, BandraOffice Presence: Thane & BandraJob Summary:We are looking for a proactive and experienced IT Sourcing Specialist to support our recruitment team by identifying and engaging top IT talent. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing candidates for SAP and other ERP technologies and be skilled in using multiple sourcing platforms.Key Responsibilities:Source IT candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.Identify and source candidates for SAP roles and other ERP technologies.Use Boolean search techniques to find relevant profiles across various databases and professional networks.Conduct initial screening of candidate profiles to assess technical fit.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for SAP and other ERP-related roles.Engage with passive candidates and generate interest in open opportunities.Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical requirements.Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities and candidate engagement.Requirements:3–5 years of experience in IT sourcing or IT recruitment.Proven experience in sourcing for SAP roles and other ERP technologies.Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing tools.Strong understanding of IT technical roles, especially ERP ecosystems.Good communication and candidate engagement skills.Candidates must be based in Mumbai and willing to work from the Thane office (Work from Office).Preferred:Experience sourcing for SAP functional and technical roles.Familiarity with ATS or recruitment CRM tools.
