Job Title: Client Servicing Content SpecialistLocation: Mumbai, IndiaExperience: 5-6 years in Client Servicing and Business Development, preferably in eventcontent and digital filmsEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Client Servicing Content Specialist to manage client relationships andoversee the execution of high-quality video projects, with a strong focus on event content.This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, project coordination, and creativecollaboration to ensure seamless delivery of corporate documentaries, testimonial films,animated explainers, and other digital content.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs andobjectives Act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle Respond promptly to client inquiries, concerns, and feedbackProject Coordination Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and quotes based on clientrequirements Create project timelines, budgets, and production schedules Ensure clear communication between clients and the production teamRequirement Analysis Conduct detailed discussions with clients to understand project objectives Provide strategic recommendations based on industry insights and audienceunderstandingProject Execution Oversee video project execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to qualitystandards Provide regular updates to clients and address any project concernsClient Presentations Develop and deliver presentations to showcase creative concepts and proposedsolutions Incorporate client feedback and refine proposals accordinglyQuality Assurance Review final video content to ensure alignment with client expectations Continuously strive to improve project quality and overall client satisfactionUpselling and Cross-Selling Identify opportunities to offer additional video services to existing clients Propose innovative content ideas that align with the client’s branding and marketingstrategyMarket Research Stay updated on industry trends and emerging video technologies to provideinnovative solutionsFinancial Management Monitor project budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines Manage client invoicing and follow up on payments as requiredPost-Project Follow-Up Conduct post-project evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas forimprovementWhat We’re Looking For 5-6 years of experience in client servicing and business development within the eventcontent and digital film industry Strong understanding of event-based storytelling and video production processes Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and drive business growth
