Job DescriptionCompany Name : Willware TechnologiesRole : SAP Commerce Business AnalystExperience : 9+ YearsWork Mode : Remote | FreelancingSpecific Duties and Responsibilities:The eCommerce Business Analyst role is responsible for facilitating the successful delivery of consulting engagements.Manage and communicate requirement, design, and priority changes, and facilitate and manage defect tracking and prioritization.Conduct one-on-one or small group interview sessions to gather required use cases, functional requirements, and technical requirements in order to develop requirement documentation.Provide analytical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and documenting Commerce system requirements and procedures that are cost-effective and meet business objectives and user needs.Develop user requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, data models, and process flow diagrams to communicate engagement scope to client and delivery team members.Accountable to complete assigned work within the time specified and communicate status if task delivery dates are at risk.Requirements / Qualifications:6 to 10 years’ experience in general IT business analysis, which includes 6 years’ experience in any eCommerce business analysisHands-on experience in general IT business analysis coming from the eCommerce domain (2–3 years’ experience in Hybris Commerce business analysis will be a plus)Understanding of Commerce data structures and experience collecting, manipulating, and importing product catalog data into eCommerce systems (Project dependent)Bachelor’s degreeAble to multi-task and work under tight deadlinesMust be able to work independently with little to no supervisionExperience with global service delivery modelAbility to work independently and collaborativelyExcellent communication skills
