A Top Tier IT MNC is hiring for Mendix Architect.Experience: 12 - 17 yearsMandatory Skills: Mendix, JS, HTML, CSS, Architecture exp, Expert or Advance level CertificationThe Mendix Architect is responsible for defining the technical architecture, design standards, and governance framework for Mendix applications within the enterprise landscape. This role ensures Mendix solutions are scalable, secure, and seamlessly integrated with the broader IT ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Technical Solutionining & Architecture: 1. Design end-to-end Mendix solution architecture aligned with enterprise IT and business strategies. 2. Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and reusable components across Mendix projects. 3. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and developers to translate requirements into scalable Mendix applications. 4. Ensure integration architecture with ERP, CRM, APIs, and other enterprise platforms. 5. Platform solution reviews, performance tuning, and technical governance. 6. Drive AI adoption within Mendix platform Competence Building: 1. Mentor and coach Mendix Architects, Leads, and Developers; build a pipeline of certified experts. (Rapid ? Expert level). 2. Establish training, certification, and career paths for team members (Rapid ? Expert). 3. Drive adoption of DevOps practices, automated deployments, and CI/CD pipelines in Mendix. Presales: 1. Drive pre-sales and sales enablement: solutioning, proposals, estimations, client presentations, and partnerships with Mendix/SI partners. 2. Able to run proposals in fron of clients, and take lead in defence calls / meetings 3. Lead the solution pitch meetings to clietn executives  Practise: 1. Define and execute the Mendix Practice strategy, including offerings, accelerators, and go-to-market initiatives. 2. Define and own the enterprise-wide Mendix adoption roadmap, including architecture blueprints, integration strategies, and reusability frameworks. 3. Establish and lead a Mendix Center of Excellence (CoE) for standards, governance, and accelerators. 4.  Skills & Qualifications 1. 10‚Äì15 years of IT/enterprise architecture experience, with at least 5+ years on Mendix (Advanced/Expert Certified). 2. Proven track record in large-scale Mendix implementations (multi-app, multi-geo, mission-critical). 3. Deep expertise in Mendix application lifecycle, cloud-native deployments, CI/CD, DevOps, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). 4. Strong understanding of security (OAuth2, SSO, data compliance, GDPR), performance optimization, and resilience design. 5. Hands-on integration experience with SAP, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, REST/SOAP APIs, Kafka/ESB. 6. Experience in establishing a Mendix CoE, governance model, and reusable component library. 7. Strong leadership and communication skills ‚Äî ability to engage with CxOs, Enterprise Architects, and Delivery Leaders. Preferred: experience in multi-cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) and composable enterprise design.
