We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with experience in the Real Estate industry to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive high-quality lead generation for property projects.The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in performance marketing, real estate lead funnels, and campaign optimization, with a clear understanding of digital platforms algorithms.You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns that generate qualified leads, site visits, and conversions.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance MarketingPlan, launch, and manage paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and YouTube.Develop targeted campaigns for property launches, ongoing projects, and promotional campaigns.Optimize campaigns to achieve high-quality leads and lower cost per lead (CPL).Real Estate Lead GenerationBuild and optimize lead generation funnels for property inquiries.Create and manage high-converting landing pages for real estate campaigns.Ensure proper lead tracking, CRM integration, and lead qualification processes.Campaign Strategy & PlanningDevelop digital marketing strategies for: New project launches Brand awareness campaigns Retargeting campaigns Seasonal and festive campaignsPlan geo-targeted campaigns to attract potential buyers and investors.Social Media MarketingManage and grow the company’s presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Plan and execute engaging content including: Property highlights Virtual walkthroughs Testimonials Project updatesCoordinate with design and content teams for campaign creatives.SEO & Organic GrowthWork on improving organic visibility for real estate keywords.Optimize property listing pages and landing pages for search engines.Develop content strategies to attract potential homebuyers and investors.Analytics & Performance TrackingMonitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager.Track and analyze key metrics including:Cost per lead (CPL)Lead qualityConversion ratesROI on marketing campaignsPrepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.Required Skills & Qualifications3–6 years of experience in Digital MarketingProven experience in Real Estate Marketing or Property Lead GenerationStrong expertise in Google Ads and Meta AdsExperience with landing page creation, optimization and conversion trackingFamiliarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platformsGood understanding of analytics, performance metrics, and campaign optimizationExcellent communication and analytical skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience working with real estate developers, property portals, or marketing agenciesKnowledge of real estate buyer journey and sales funnelKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Cost Per Lead (CPL)Lead Quality and Conversion RateLead to Site Visit RatioCampaign ROIWebsite Traffic GrowthWhy Join UsSalary upto Rs. 8 LPA (In hand) + IncentivesOpportunity to work on high-impact real estate marketing campaignsA fast-growing and dynamic work environmentOpportunity to implement data-driven marketing strategiesDirect impact on business growth and brand visibilityLocation: Wakad, Pune, MaharashtraExperience: 3–6 YearsEmployment Type: Full-timeIndustry: Real Estate
