Headquartered in Jaipur, India's jewellery hub, Derewala has expanded its global footprint, serving esteemed clients in over 30 countries across 6 continents.Location- Sitapura, JaipurKey Responsibilities:Define and implement MDM policies, standards, and governance frameworks across domains (product, customer, vendor, pricing, CoA).Manage end-to-end master data operations in ERP/CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.Monitor and improve data quality through validations, cleansing, and defined KPIs (accuracy, completeness, consistency).Perform root cause analysis and resolve data-related issues.Collaborate with IT, business teams, and BI teams to ensure data supports reporting and analytics.Support ERP/CRM rollouts, upgrades, and data migration activities.Drive process improvements for better data accuracy, efficiency, and automation.Qualifications & Skills:5+ years of experience in Master Data Management within ERP environments.Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / AX (Axapta).Experience with data governance, integration, and BI tools (Power BI, QlikView, Cognos).Familiarity with data warehouses (e.g., IBM Netezza) is a plus.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and stakeholder management.
