The candidate will work on designing, implementing, and supporting solutions for industrial systems using platforms like ServiceNow or other asset/service management tools.Key Responsibilities:Implement and support OTSM solutions for industrial/plant environmentsConfigure and customize service management tools (Incident, Change, Asset Management)Integrate OT systems (SCADA, PLC, ICS) with ITSM platformsMonitor and manage equipment incidents, maintenance, and service requestsWork closely with business/plant teams to gather requirementsEnsure data accuracy for assets, maintenance, and operationsTroubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutionCreate technical documentation and provide training to end usersRequired Skills:Strong understanding of Operational Technology (OT) environmentsExperience with SCADA, PLC, DCS, or Industrial Control Systems (ICS)Hands-on experience in ITSM tools like ServiceNow / IBM Maximo / SAP PMKnowledge of Incident, Change, and Asset Management processesExperience in integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, IoT platforms)Basic scripting or development knowledge is a plus
