Position: Program SpecialistLocations: Lucknow/ BangaloreJob Type: Full TimeWork Type: OnsiteExperience: 4-6 YearsOverview TekWissen Group is a workforce management provider throughout India and many other countries in the world.Job Description: As a Program Specialist, you'll be the go-to contact for internal teams, external MSP/direct client providers, and contingent employees, playing a vital role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience across the entire contingent workforce lifecycle.This role involves overseeing daily operational functions, managing data integrity, and supporting contingent workforce processes.Ideal candidates will bring a positive, personable demeanor and exceptional customer service skills.Candidates should be prepared to contribute to business development efforts, focusing on building and leveraging relationships with clients and MSP partners to expand lines of business.Key Responsibilities:Provide phone and internet-based support to applicants, clients, and internal teams, serving as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external MSP/direct client providers, and ensuring high levels of stakeholder satisfaction and smooth delivery of services.Independently manage day-to-day contingent workforce operations, including data integrity and adherence to program policies.Engage with active contractors consistently to gather feedback and address any challenges or concerns.Address client and candidate concerns, partner with client and internal teams as needed for resolution, monitor progress, and ensure prompt follow-up.Record and document the entire process.Execute contingent workforce requests and inquiries, including payroll, timesheets, and time-off requests.Collaborate with the MSP/Client teams to expand program visibility and support.Support the recruiting team in resume selection and interview preparation for potential candidates, including coaching and post-interview follow-up.Communicate professionally and timely with candidates, clients, and internal team members to maintain and enhance relationships, while adhering to internal response standards.Assist in identifying opportunities to expand lines of business by building and leveraging relationships with clients and MSP partners.Collaborate with the business development team to support sales initiatives and contribute to achieving growth targets.Actively listen to client needs and feedback, using this information to identify potential areas for service improvement or new business opportunities.Support the onboarding process for new contractors and clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.Some travel may be required to attend in-person client events.Required Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for a professional setting.Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency with MS Office products.Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong customer focus.A proactive approach to relationship building, with a keen interest in business development and sales.Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with clients and partners.Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage contractor pay rates effectively during offers and contract extensions, ensuring alignment with client expectations.Proven ability to identify and act on business opportunities through active listening and proactive communication.Staffing industry experience and/or a background in sales or recruiting are highly preferred.Note Staffing industry experience and/or a background in sales or recruiting are highly preferred.TekWissen® Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.
