The Sales Manager will oversee the planning and execution of banquet and catering services, manage client relationships, identify and secure business opportunities, and coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless events. Responsibilities also include meeting sales targets, preparing proposals, and maintaining high client satisfaction.QualificationsProven expertise in Sales Management, Client Relationship Management, and Account DevelopmentProficiency in Event Coordination, Banquet Operations, and Catering ServicesStrong negotiation, networking, and communication skillsExperience in planning strategies to meet and exceed sales targetsProficiency in CRM tools and hospitality management systems is a plusUnderstanding of market trends and customer preferences in the hospitality industryLeadership capabilities with an ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsBachelor's degree in hospitality, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrior experience in luxury hospitality or F&B sales will be an added advantage
