Position: Office AdministratorWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator with 2-4 years ofexperience, reporting to the HR Manager, to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, coordinate with vendors, assistemployees, and maintain a productive workplace environment.Responsibilities & DutiesAugment Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth functioning.Oversee vendor management, procurement, and facility coordination.Maintain office supplies, assets, and inventory efficientlyHandle front-desk activities, courier dispatch, and visitor management.Coordinate travel, bookings, and logistical arrangements when required.Assist employees with administrative requests such as ID cards, access passes, and seating arrangements.Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree , or related field; Master’s degree preferred.2-4 years of proven experience as an Office Administrator, Admin Executive, or similar role.Knowledge of office operations, vendor coordination, and facility management.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and exposure to ERP or office management tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.Job Location: Bengaluru
