We are seeking a talented individual to join our Investments team at Mercer, a Marsh Business. This role will be based in Gurgaon This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the officeSenior Manager -Investment Strategy ReviewThe Investment Strategy Review Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the development, analysis, and presentation of investment strategies for clients. This role involves gathering and preparing data inputs, conducting detailed analysis and peer reviews, and assisting in the preparation and delivery of client presentations. The analyst will work closely with senior team members to ensure investment assumptions and models are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with client objectives.We will count on you to:Data Gathering and Preparation:Collect and compile client information including strategy, objectives, challenges, and historical data.Update and maintain investment models with relevant client information.Integrate & add data into existing models.Update capital market assumptions based on client asset classes, historical performance, and market outlook.Support production of quarterly and monthly client monitoring and investment performance reports.Analysis, Calculations, and Peer ReviewConduct scenario analysis to evaluate potential investment outcomes.Perform foreign exchange (FX) analysis to assess currency impact on investments.Run asset modeling exercises to support strategy development.Conduct peer reviews of model outputs to ensure accuracy and consistency.Demonstrates thorough knowledge of asset classes and the ability to generate materials supporting investment analysis and reporting.Output Production and Presentation SupportPrepare client-ready materials including reports, charts, and presentations.Collaborate with the team to finalize analysis and ensure clarity of communication.Support the delivery of final analysis presentations and facilitate client review sessions.Address client queries and participate in discussions to clarify investment strategy insights.Reporting & Collaboration:Work closely with senior investment strategists, portfolio managers, and client service teams.Participate in regular team meetings and strategy review sessions.Provide timely updates and feedback on model assumptions and outputs.What you need to have:MBA (Finance) or equivalentCFA L3 passed / charter holder preferred7 Yrs + experience in relevant domainStrong Quant and analytical skills with experience in investment analysis and financial modeling.Proficiency in Excel/Power Point and investment modeling toolsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and peer review capabilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.What makes you stand outAnalytical ThinkingAttention to DetailClient FocusTeam CollaborationProblem SolvingEffective CommunicationWhy join our team: Your contributions will impact strategic decision-making and business performance.We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communities.Our scale enables us to provide a range of career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well-being.Mercer is a business of Marsh (NYSE: MRSH), a global leader in risk, reinsurance and capital, people and investments, and management consulting, advising clients in 130 countries.
