We are hiring: Scheduler / Planner (EPC Projects)Location: IsraelDeployment: Deputation from IndiaIndustry: Power Generation / Oil and GasWe are looking for an experienced Scheduler or Planner to support a major EPC project in Israel.This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring within power or energy infrastructure projects.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule Development and ManagementDevelop and maintain Level 3 and Level 4 EPC schedules covering Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning phases.Integrate subcontractor schedules into the master project schedule.Perform resource loading and leveling by assigning manpower and equipment to the project schedule.Technical Interface Planning (Civil and E&I)Manage critical path activities related to dynamic foundations for Gas Turbines and Steam Turbines, including curing timelines and anchor bolt alignment.Coordinate E&I back feed milestones ensuring switchyard and HV cabling readiness for motor flips and system testing.Plan and sequence HRSG structural steel erection and heavy lift module installation.Progress Monitoring and ReportingConduct weekly physical progress assessments and calculate Earned Value Management metrics such as CPI and SPI.Develop S curves and manpower histograms to monitor productivity and identify potential bottlenecks.Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for project leadership and the client.Delay Analysis and Risk ManagementPerform Time Impact Analysis for project changes or site conditions.Maintain delay registers and support the preparation of Extension of Time claims and mitigation strategies.Identify schedule risks and conduct what if scenario analysis to support recovery planning during commissioning activities.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.5 to 7 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably on large EPC projects in the Power Generation or Oil and Gas sector.Advanced proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 and MS Project. Experience with Power BI dashboards is an advantage.Strong knowledge of CPM and PERT scheduling techniques.Familiarity with thermal power plant systems including Gas Turbines, HRSG, Steam Turbines, and high voltage switchyards.Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work with EPC contractors and multidisciplinary teams.Interested candidates based in India and open to deputation in Israel are encouraged to apply.Please send your CV or reach out for more details.
