We're Frenus, a Germany-based market research & execution firm that helps companies like Mercedes-Benz, Deutsche Telekom, Hilti, and Zoom make better strategic decisions and connect with their audiences. We support our clients with market intelligence, community building, and sales enablement, all focused on B2B tech, digitalization, and innovation.Now we're growing our own marketing engine and looking for someone who's sharp, curious, and ready to help us shape Frenus' digital presence, post by post, edition by edition.What you´ll doYou'll work directly with Varun (Senior Digital Marketing Manager), our Marketing team and our Management to run and grow Frenus' content & community output across LinkedIn, Beehiiv, and our Webflow blog. Your role is built on research quality, tool fluency, and a genuine interest in B2B topics.Core Focus: ICP & Post ResearchThe heart of the role. Identify and analyze high-quality LinkedIn posts from our ideal customer profiles across fice main topics including B2B Marketing, Smart Manufacturing, Next-Gen Vehicles, and PE & M&A. Surface what's resonating, what's hype, and what deserves a wider audience.LinkedIn newsletters: Research, structure, and support publishing 15 bi-weekly newsletter editions bi-weekly across our full portfolioBeehiiv editions: Draft and manage our Beehiiv newsletter editions, structured, visual, and consistently valuableWebflow blog: Write and publish summary articles for each newsletter edition on our Webflow website, clean, concise, optimized.Trend monitoring: Stay on top of B2B tech, digitalization, and consulting topics. Know what's emerging and what's noiseContent & engagement: Support LinkedIn post writing, comments, and community engagement using current best practicesEvents support: Help organize and promote online events like webinars and roundtables as part of the content calendarWhat We’re Looking ForLinkedIn is your playground, you've used it actively for content, outreach, or community work and you know what drives engagement in a B2B contextAI tools are in your toolkit, you work purposefully with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Canva, and Beehiiv. You understand their power and their limitsVolume doesn't scare you, 15 newsletter editions per week across multiple verticals is real output.
