Job Description

Role Overview: Looking for a Creative Lead to drive the brand’s visual and narrative identity across platforms. This role requires a strong aesthetic sensibility, deep storytelling ability, and hands-on leadership across content, campaigns, and creative execution. You will work closely with marketing, design, and production teams to ensure creative output remains consistent, elevated, and culturally relevant. Key Responsibilities: Creative Direction & Ideation ● Lead moodboarding, concept ideation, and creative research for all brand initiatives ● Translate brand philosophy, collections, and craft stories into compelling visual narratives ● Develop seasonal creative directions aligned with collection launches and brand goals Content & Storytelling ● Own brand storytelling across digital platforms with a strong focus on Instagram ● Plan, conceptualize, and oversee content calendars in collaboration with the marketing team ● Ensure consistency in tone, visual language, and messaging across all content touchpoints Instagram & Digital Content Management ● Oversee end-to-end Instagram content including posts, reels, stories, and campaigns ● Collaborate with social media and performance teams to balance creativity with engagement and reach ● Track content performance and refine creative strategy based on insights Shoot & Campaign Oversight ● Lead lookbook shoots and campaign shoots from concept to execution ● Oversee shoot planning including references, styling direction, shot lists, and storytelling flow ● Work closely with photographers, stylists, models, and external creative partners Team Leadership ● Head and mentor the graphics and creative team ● Review and guide design outputs including layouts, graphics, and visual assets ● Foster a collaborative, high-quality, and detail-driven creative culture End-to-End Execution ● Manage creative projects from ideation to final delivery across campaigns, launches, and collaborations ● Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met ● Act as the final creative custodian for all brand-facing output What We’re Looking For ● 6–10 years of experience in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands ● Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, campaigns, and content-led work ● Deep understanding of fashion aesthetics, textiles, and luxury consumer sensibilities ● Experience leading teams and managing multiple creative projects simultaneously ● Strong communication and collaboration skills Nice to Have / Great Add-ons (Highly Recommended) You may also want to add: ● Experience working with craft-led or heritage brands ● Understanding of luxury fashion marketing & consumer psychology ● Exposure to influencer collaborations and brand partnerships ● Ability to work closely with retail, VM, and offline brand experiences ● Familiarity with global fashion trends while retaining Indian craft sensitivityKindly share the cvs on
