The company is dedicated to upholding quality and driving advancements to meet the evolving needs of the industry.Role DescriptionAt Tatsuno India, we are building a next-generation Project Management Office to drive innovation in engineering and product development.And we're looking for curious, tech-savvy professionals who enjoy organizing complexity, using digital tools and bringing ideas to life.The candidate will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of the company's Project Management Office (PMO) and New Product Development (NPD) processes by working closely with Marketing, R&D, Engineering, Procurement/Sourcing, Production, Quality, and Sales teams.What You'll DoPlan, coordinate, and track engineering and product development projects from concept to commercialization using appropriate frameworks.Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and resource plans.Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project deliverables.Organize and conduct project review meetings and gate review discussions.Monitor project progress against timelines and milestonesMaintain project dashboards, reports, and status updates for management.Track risks, issues, and dependencies and implement mitigation plans.Maintain structured documentation including, but not limited to: Project charters, NPD documentation, Gate approval documents, Change management records, Ensure compliance with internal quality processes, regulatory standards, and company procedures.Utilize digital tools and AI platforms to improve project tracking, reporting, and decision-making.Support the implementation of PMO dashboards and project management systems.Assist in automating reporting, documentation workflows, and knowledge management.Assist in monitoring project budgets and tracking development costs.Support project planning related to resource allocation and prioritization.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technology, or Management.Certification in Project Management (CAPM / PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile) preferred but not mandatory.Familiarity with product development lifecycle or engineering project environments is highly desirable.Experience3–5 years of experience in project coordination, product development, engineering projects, or relevant PMO roles.Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.Exposure to manufacturing, industrial equipment, or engineering projects preferred.Candidates with experience using digital tools will be preferred.
