We are seeking a committed and detail-oriented Research Associate to support the effective implementation, facilitation, and evaluation of education programmes across school contexts, including rural schools. The role requires active classroom engagement, field-based facilitation, research and documentation, coordination of logistics, and creation of curriculum-aligned learning content. FacilitationClassroom Facilitation: Design and conduct high-quality, inquiry-driven learning sessions that ensure active student engagement and meaningful learning.Facilitate student reflection session during the outdoor experiential learning trips.Contextual Teaching & Lesson Modelling: Teach English to two grade levels at the assigned school to understand classroom realities and model effective lesson planning and facilitation practices.Coach & mentor teachers for excellent classroom teaching.2. ResearchSystematically document classroom practices and interventions and consolidate them into case studies to track processes and outcomes.Collect, manage, and analyse qualitative and quantitative data to assess impact and write & publish research papers demonstrating evidence-based, data-driven outcomes.3.
