WORK FROM HOME OPPORTUNITYWe are inviting applications from Accountants/Auditors who have functional exposure to ERP systems as end users and are willing to transition into a functional consulting role.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholdersTranslate business needs into functional ERP solutionsConfigure ERP modules (Finance, Accounting, HR, etc.) based on requirementsConduct gap analysis and propose process improvementsCoordinate with technical teams for customization and developmentPerform system testing (UAT) and ensure successful implementationProvide end-user training and post-implementation supportPrepare functional documentation, SOPs, and user manualsEnsure alignment of ERP solutions with business processesEligibility Criteria Option 1: ERP Functional Consultant4+ years of experience in ERP functional consultingExperience in modules such as Finance, Accounting, HR, or Supply ChainStrong understanding of business processes and ERP workflowsOption 2: Accountant / Auditor (ERP User Experience)4+ years of experience in Accounting/Auditing rolesHands-on experience working with any ERP system (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.)Strong functional knowledge of accounting processes (AP, AR, GL, Taxation, etc.)Interest in transitioning to a functional consulting roleRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (, , CA Inter, CMA, etc.)Strong knowledge of:Financial AccountingGeneral Ledger, AP, ARTaxation and complianceAuditing principlesHands-on experience using any ERP system (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.)Good understanding of business processes and workflowsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and stakeholder managementPreferred QualificationsPrior experience as an ERP Functional ConsultantExperience in ERP implementation projectsExposure to multiple ERP systems is an advantageUnderstanding of integration between finance and other modules (HR, Inventory, Procurement)
