Job Description

The Senior Benefits Analyst is responsible for building and delivering both global and local benefit programs that enhance the employee experience. This role supports and manages global and country-specific benefit programs in alignment with the organization’s total rewards philosophy.This role is highly collaborative and cross-functional, requiring regular communication with internal customers and stakeholders across the organization. The Senior Benefits Analyst manages benefits brokers, vendors, and carrier relationships and conducts market research and competitive analysis to ensure the organization offers an attractive, competitive benefits package globally to support the attraction and retention of a high-performance culture.The ideal candidate brings enthusiasm, innovation, initiative, strong organizational and analytical skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze, administer, and support benefit programs globally with a focus on competitive program design and compliance across health, welfare, fringe, and retirement plans.Proactively contribute to the research, analysis, design, and development of global benefit programs consistent with business priorities and the total rewards philosophy.Contribute to the development and execution of the global benefits strategy.Lead global programs with demonstrated experience in program management, data analysis, change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, and measurement of program effectiveness.Manage global benefit plans and associated provider relationships, including oversight of the annual renewal cycle.Ensure country-level benefit compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, providing subject matter expertise related to regulatory and legal requirements for employee benefit and retirement plans.Manage benefits administration and billing for all plans globally, including invoice reconciliation, finance reporting requests, and payment tracking.Lead new benefit initiatives and manage implementation processes in partnership with Total Rewards, HR, HRIS, Payroll, and business stakeholders.Under the direction of the Director, Total Rewards, support benefit-related work associated with new country setups, mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.Stay informed of changes in the global benefits market, legislation, and compliance requirements; recommend plan changes as needed.Continuously improve benefit program delivery and operational processes by partnering cross-functionally and globally to enhance efficiency and employee experience.Advise HR and business leaders on benefit policies and programs.Own global benefits intranet content, including maintaining benefit documents and creating engaging, value-added communications.Support and promote global wellness programs, events, and initiatives.Experience and QualificationsMinimum of 8 years of post–bachelor’s degree experience in a similar role.Experience working within a globally matrixed organization.Strong vendor management skills, including contract review, service level agreement management, and addressing non-compliance.Proven project management experience, including development of project plans, timelines, and business cases.Ability to build strong working relationships with global teams and senior stakeholders.High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions and benefits harmonization efforts.Strong communication and presentation skills.Experience with Workday or a comparable HR system.Familiarity with a broad range of benefits and benefits administration systems.Benefits or Rewards certification and/or a master’s degree in business, tax, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.Experience or exposure to compensation and global mobility programs is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Communications, Liberal Arts, or a related field.#LI-Remote
