About Role: This role is about executing and managing digital ad campaigns for clients. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that ads perform well, reach the right audience, and generate profitable results.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end ad operations for branding and performance campaigns across major platforms including DV360, The Trade Desk (TTD), Xandr, Google Ad Manager (GAM), Adform, Moloco, AppLovin, Kaizen, and other programmatic networks.Execute campaign setup, trafficking, QA, optimization, pacing, and reporting for display, video, native, CTV, and app-based campaigns.Handle tracking, pixel implementation, and integration across platforms, ensuring accurate conversion tracking, event mapping, and attribution.Work with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, etc.) and DMPs / third-party audience providers for audience onboarding, activation, and performance analysis.Own supply-chain optimisation initiatives including SPO best practices, inventory quality checks, fraud prevention, bid efficiency, and cost optimisation.Monitor campaign delivery and performance KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, VTR, installs, retention, etc.) and proactively troubleshoot discrepancies.Collaborate with internal strategy, planning, and account teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and performance alignment.Support continuous process improvement and operational efficiency to scale campaigns without compromising quality.Prepare clear and actionable reports, insights, and learnings for internal and client-facing teams.Required Skills & Qualifications:1–3 years of hands-on experience in programmatic ad operations across branding and performance campaigns.Strong working knowledge of DV360, TTD, Xandr, GAM, and at least one app/performance-focused platform such as Moloco or AppLovin.Experience with tracking, pixels, MMP integrations, and audience management.Solid understanding of programmatic supply chain, inventory types, auctions, and optimisation levers.Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.Good to Have:Exposure to CTV, OTT, and app install campaignsExperience handling large-scale budgets and high-volume campaign executionFamiliarity with brand safety, fraud tools, and quality measurement frameworks#AdOperations #ProgrammaticAdvertising #AdTechJobs #DigitalAdvertising #AdOperationsJobs #AdTech #DigitalMarketingCareers #AppMarketing #MobileAdvertising #PerformanceMarketing #ProgrammaticMediaBuying
