Key responsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care to patients including monitoring health conditions and assisting with daily activities.Ensure patient comfort and safety during treatment and recovery.Check and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration.Observe patient progress and report any changes to physicians.Administer prescribed medications, injections, and IV fluids.Assist doctors during medical procedures and treatments.Document patient medical history, treatments, and progress accurately.Maintain nursing notes and medical records.Prepare patients for surgeries, diagnostic tests, and examinations.Provide post-operative care and monitor recovery.Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and health management.Provide guidance on post-discharge care.Follow strict hygiene and infection control protocols.Ensure medical equipment and patient areas are clean and safe.Work closely with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare staff to deliver quality patient care.QualificationDiploma or Degree in Nursing (GNM / BSc Nursing)Registration with State Nursing Council or Indian Nursing CouncilClinical experience in hospital or healthcare setting preferred
