Designation: Sales Executive Location: Pune Department: Sales / Business DevelopmentIndustry: Building Materials, Interior Solutions, Lighting, Furniture, Hardware, etcSalary – Depends on Candidates ExperienceJob Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to manage businessdevelopment activities by engaging with architects for project specifications and developing astrong dealer/distributor network to drive sales. The ideal candidate will play a critical role inconnecting product specification to execution through effective channel and influencermanagement.Key Responsibilities:Engagement with Architects: Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, andconsultants. Promote and present products for inclusion in upcoming residential, commercial, orinfrastructure projects. Conduct product demos, presentations, and training for the Architect community. Track project pipelines through architects and follow through to conversion via channelpartners. Ensure timely order placement, delivery coordination, and after-sales service.General Sales & Reporting: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets from both architect and dealer channels. Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, product) for smooth operations. Submit timely reports on visits, leads, conversions, and competitor activity. Stay updated on market trends, product innovations, and competitor activities.Requirements: Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development. Proven experience in working with both influencers (architects) and dealer/channel partners. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
