DESIGN & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT INTERNA.W.W. – New DelhiA.W.W. is seeking a Design & Product Development Intern to assist with ongoing client and in-house projects at our New Delhi studio.This is a hands-on role with direct exposure to the full product lifecycle — from concept development and sourcing to sampling, vendor coordination, and production. The intern will work closely with designers, pattern makers, and production teams, gaining real-world experience in fashion manufacturing and collection development.Start Date: March 20, 2026Commitment: Minimum 6 days per weekCompensation: Paid internship (stipend discussed during interview)KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in collection development, including swatch creation, fabric development, and sample preparation.Support pattern-making and garment sampling processes.Assist with surface applications such as embroidery, beading, and fabric treatments.Maintain and update tech packs and production documentation.Source fabrics, trims, and materials from vendors and local markets.Coordinate with vendors, pattern makers, and tailors to help maintain production timelines.Maintain studio organization, including fabric libraries, material catalogs, and sample inventory.Assist with client collection development projects.Support styling, photoshoots, and studio presentations when required.SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field (or currently pursuing).Basic understanding of garment construction, textiles, and the apparel production process.Familiarity with pattern-making and sampling workflows.Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced studio environment.Positive attitude and willingness to learn through hands-on work.Preference will be given to candidates comfortable working across both design and production environments.
