 We are seeking an experienced Coupa Consultant to support invoicing, operational processes, and ongoing system support for a multinational manufacturing and technology organisation. The role is based out of Bangalore and requires work from client office three days a week. ResponsibilitiesSupport Coupa implementation projects including solution design, configuration testing and deploymentConduct end user training along with creation of training material and user guidesInteract with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify improvement areas and gaps/bugs in the toolRecommend enhancements within the tool or process along with new product release features to improve efficiencySupport clients using Coupa for day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operations and troubleshoot issues where neededConfigure Coupa based on client needs and best practices including optimizing workflows, enforcing compliance, setting up budget controls and loading data into the systemCollaborate with technical teams to support integrations between Coupa and ERP systems e.g. – SAP, Oracle Qualifications·     3 to 8 Years of Experience in Coupa configuration and Support·     Coupa Certification e.g. – Coupa Platform, Procurement and Invoicing modules·     Exposure to change management and training delivery·     Familiarity with e-invoicing regulations and compliance requirements·     Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills
