Job Description Position : Content Writer Position Requirements: ● Understand, compile and articulate political ideas and objectives and philosophy into public messaging customized for the topic, speaker, and intended audience. Understand a diverse range of inputs and effectively integrate them in a coherent manner.● Conceptualize and articulate politically relevant thematic ideas and statements for key players. ● Candidates should have strong command over Hindi language and should be able to create ideas, provide content and direction to Art Directors and Video Editors. ● While this is an interesting proposition and comes with enormous exposure, it also raises expectations on maintenance of confidentiality, display of exemplary client management skills and most importantly, on performance. ● Work on Research docs, help with translations and other ad hoc work as well ● The job will require long working hours and weekend work. ● The role requires intelligent, passionate, and self-driven professionals with a clear understanding of Indian politics. The candidate should possess excellent communication and language skills, teamwork, thought leadership and should be able to deliver effectively in a fast-paced, highly dynamic work environment. In addition to this: ● The candidate should be well versed in Hindi with good understanding of grammar and styles. ● The candidate should be able to work on short deadlines and be able to collaborate with various internal team members. ● Minimum undergraduate with previous experience of 2-5 years as a content writer, journalist, or in a similar role, with a portfolio demonstrating political or public affairs writing. ● Advanced knowledge of other Indian regional languages will be an added advantage. ● Should have created content for posts/ads/banners for social media in a previous role. ● Strong understanding of YouTube trends and audience engagement strategies. Proficient in long-format content writing, animation video scripting, and trending short-form content creation. ● Strong understanding of platform-specific content trends and audience engagement techniques. Proficient in writing engaging post captions, thread-based content, and scripts for short-form videos. Ability to adapt tone and messaging to maximize virality and reach. ● Skilled in crafting compelling long-form captions and engaging scripts for Reels and Stories. Must stay updated on Instagram trends and create content that aligns with the brand’s voice while maximizing audience interaction. ● Create engaging captions, social media posts, blogs, and video scripts. ● Conduct research on trending topics and implement SEO-friendly content strategies. ● Ensure consistency in brand tone and messaging across all platforms. ● Demonstrate strong writing, storytelling, and narrative structuring abilities. ● Apply SEO and keyword optimization techniques for enhanced visibility. ● Exhibit creativity in writing tailored for different digital platforms. ● Stay updated on the latest AI trends and tools that can support content creation and improve workflow.
