UPL Limited, a global leader in sustainable agriculture solutions, is looking for a CA pursuing candidate for an Industrial Trainee role in Consolidation Team at our Thane.Industrial trainee will support the consolidation team for consolidation of UPL India with its 200+ subsidiaries & 20 + Associates/JV on monthly /Quarterly / Yearly basis. He/she will be given exposure for Intercompany reconciliations , various workings for Notes to Accounts , Analytical review along with the reasonings for consolidated accounts. Support in global operating and financial performance reports in comparison to Previous periods and budget, involving key ratios, Income statements by business, EBITDA, cash flows, profitability analysis, working capital.
