Job Title: Tech Support & Integration Manager Location: Pune Department: Supply Chain & Technology Reports To: Head – Operations / Supply Chain About Frido Mobility :Frido Mobility is a fast-growing D2C and marketplace-driven brand focused on innovative mobility and ergonomic solutions. As we scale across marketplaces, quick commerce, and omnichannel distribution, we are strengthening our technology backbone to enable seamless order processing, fulfillment, and customer experience. Role Overview We are looking for a Tech Support & Integration Manager who will own and manage the entire technology ecosystem of Frido across D2C, marketplaces, WMS, CRM, shipping, and analytics platforms. This role requires someone who understands large-scale e-commerce operations, system integrations, automation, and product roadmap creation. The candidate will act as the bridge between operations, CX, finance, and tech vendors to ensure seamless business continuity and scalable infrastructure. Key Responsibilities 1. Platform & System Integrations • Manage and optimize Shopify checkout & storefront integrations • Oversee OMS integrations (EasyEcom / Unicommerce) • Manage WMS integrations and order sync accuracy • Integrate and maintain CRM systems with order lifecycle • Ensure seamless marketplace integrations (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) • Manage quick commerce integrations (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.) • Maintain API health and resolve sync failures proactively 2. Carrier & Logistics Tech Management • Manage ClickPost integration & carrier performance monitoring • Create and optimize courier allocation logic • Build shipping rules based on: o COD/Prepaid o Zone o Weight slabs o Serviceability o RTO risk • Improve NDR flow automation and tracking visibility • Monitor label generation, AWB allocation & tracking sync 3. Checkout & Payment Optimization • Optimize Shopify checkout flow for conversion • Manage payment gateway integrations • Implement fraud detection and COD verification tools • Improve cart-to-order conversion rates via tech enhancements 4. AI & Automation Implementation • Identify and implement AI-based automation in: o NDR management o Customer support o Inventory planning o Demand forecasting o Courier allocation • Work with tech vendors to implement automation tools • Drive dashboard-based decision making 5. Product & Tech Roadmap Creation • Create quarterly and annual product roadmap • Prioritize tech development based on business scale • Work closely with founders & operations team to identify gaps • Vendor evaluation and onboarding for new tech solutions • Lead UAT testing and implementation rollout 6.
