Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager and General Manager – Hotel Operations at a three-star hotel near Bengaluru International Airport. The role includes overseeing daily hotel operations, developing and executing marketing strategies, managing customer relations, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery. Responsibilities encompass team management, budgeting, financial performance analysis, maintaining guest satisfaction, and collaborating with various departments to optimize overall hotel performance. The ideal candidate will also lead initiatives to increase market presence and occupancy rates.
