We specialize in impactful advertising experiences powered by technology, creativity, and data-driven insights.As we expand our presence across Delhi NCR, we are building a strong on-ground team to drive city-level expansion, regulatory coordination, and strategic partnerships.About the RoleWe are looking for a Growth & Expansion Manager to lead Eva Ad Ventures’ market expansion and operational setup across Delhi NCR. This role will focus on identifying high-potential locations for advertising screens, managing regulatory approvals, building local partnerships, and coordinating with vendors and government authorities.This is an exciting opportunity for professionals experienced in government liaisoning, urban infrastructure projects, outdoor advertising, or city-level business expansion to play a key role in building EVA’s presence in one of India’s most important markets.Key ResponsibilitiesLead market expansion initiatives across Delhi NCR, identifying high-potential locations for advertising screen installations.Research and analyze municipal regulations, urban policies, and licensing requirements relevant to outdoor advertising and media infrastructure.Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal corporations, local authorities, and government departments to secure approvals and ensure compliance.Identify, onboard, and manage local vendors, contractors, and service partners for installation, maintenance, and operational support.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify strategic advertising locations and expansion opportunities.Develop and execute Delhi NCR expansion strategies and operational roadmaps aligned with company growth goals.Collaborate with operations, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure smooth execution of city launches.Track progress of expansion activities and prepare reports, insights, and updates for leadership.Represent Eva Ad Ventures in government meetings, vendor negotiations, and regional partnership discussions.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Administration, Urban Planning, or related field.2–5 years of experience in business expansion, government liaisoning, operations, partnerships, or infrastructure projects.Strong understanding of municipal processes and regulatory approvals within Delhi NCR.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Experience in vendor onboarding, field operations, or city-level project execution.Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and execution capabilities.Comfortable working in field-based roles involving travel across Delhi NCR.Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Excel, and reporting/documentation tools.Preferred QualificationsExperience in Outdoor Advertising (OOH), Media Infrastructure, Retail Expansion, or Smart City projects.Existing network with municipal bodies, vendors, or government departments in Delhi NCR.Strong experience in vendor management, compliance coordination, and on-ground operations.What We OfferOpportunity to lead market expansion in Delhi NCR for a rapidly growing advertising and media company.Exposure to government partnerships, urban infrastructure projects, and strategic market development.A fast-paced, ownership-driven startup culture.Competitive compensation, travel allowance, and performance-based incentives.
