Data Analytics (Job Code: Business Intelligence) (Contractual) Experience & Skills requirements:3 to 5 years of IT Industry experience with deep focus in BI or data warehousing or any analytics projectsExperience in Business Intelligence is mandatoryPost-graduation from reputed institutes would be preferredExperience in Business Analysis or Quality Assurance in BI or Analytics programs, with at least one end-to-end implementationQuerying and Analyzing data: Ability to deep dive into data sources for data exploration as well as troubleshooting for outliers for defining business rulesAbility to analyze and interpret numbers, trends, patterns, and data to develop new conclusions based on the findingsDomain experience in Recruitment Processing / Payroll process is plusHave the ability to collaborate and communicate with recruitment experts / payroll mangers / payroll directors / hiring managersMust have the ability to single-handedly communicate requirements/issues/concerns to the end stakeholdersMust have prior exposure to change management /communication/socialization profiles with end userMust possess excellent communication skillsMust value to operate in a collaborative and cooperative environmentExposure to transformation projects would be a plusExposure to DatabricksData Migration – Tools Knowledge:Must possess intermediate SQL knowledge in current profileExperience in an at least one BI tool preferably Power BI, Power QueryKnowledge of Hyperion Essbase/Smart view would be a PlusStrong Excel macros / VBA programming is mustStrong on PythonStrong on Databricks Qualification: Masters / Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science or related field
