Check out the McDonald’s Global Technology Technical Blog to learn how technology and our global team are directly enabling the Accelerating the Arches strategy.Responsibilities:Configure, maintain, and optimize the Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM Payroll module, including Fast Formula, Extracts, business rules, workflows, and metadata framework.Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate them into system solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues within Oracle HCM application, providing Tier 2/3 support as needed.Conduct thorough testing of system changes in preview and production environments, ensuring data integrity and process optimization.Document configuration changes for stakeholders.Support mass data uploads into application as needed.Participate in cross-functional projects, collaborating with technology and business teams to deliver solutions.Stay current with Oracle Fusion HCM releases and best practices, recommending improvements and innovations.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.6–8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM, with at least 2 years directly configuring payroll and OTL modules.Strong understanding of HR business processes and data management within application.Experience with system configuration, business rule creation, workflow administration, and data analysis in Oracle HCM.Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively with business partners and technical teams.Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.Experience with other Oracle HCM modules, particularly Time & Labor and Absence is a plusOracle HCM certification (payroll) preferred.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices is desirable.Ability to work collaboratively in a global, matrixed organization.Curious, continuous learner, with a desire to work in a fast paced, evolving environment.
