The team is built by repeat founders, Olympiad medalists, IIT & IIM alumni, and leaders from Google, Amazon, and Dropbox.We're hiring builders who want ownership, speed, and impact at global scale.What You'll Do:Own end-to-end manual testing for web and mobile products, from feature testing to release sign-offWrite and execute test cases, test scenarios, and regression suites to ensure smooth releasesPerform API testing using Postman and validate backend flows, responses, and dataWork closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to understand requirements and catch issues earlyIdentify, log, and track bugs using JIRA, ensuring clear reproduction steps and quick resolutionTest across multiple browsers, devices, and platforms using tools like BrowserStack and LambdaTestParticipate actively in Agile rituals including sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, and retrosHelp with UAT, release validation, and production sanity checksAnalyze logs and dashboards to assist in debugging and improving product stabilityWhat We're Looking For:2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in manual testingStrong fundamentals in STLC, SDLC, and Agile/ScrumExperience testing web and mobile applications (Android and iOS)Comfortable with API testing (REST APIs, status codes, request/response validation)Experience using JIRA or similar tools for defect trackingExposure to functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and UAT testingBasic understanding of SQL and database validationsClear communication, attention to detail, and a strong ownership mindsetComfortable working in a fast-paced startup culture and willing to roll up your sleevesGood to Have:Exposure to log and monitoring tools like Grafana, Kibana, Mixpanel, or CleverTapBasic knowledge of Java or API automation (REST Assured)Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, ArgoCD)Experience with mobile debugging tools (Android Studio, Charles, Proxyman)Prior experience with high-scale consumer productsInterest in mentoring junior testers or improving QA processesStartup experience, or the hunger to learn in oneBenefits and Perks:Daily Meals: Lunch and Dinner providedFamily Insurance: 3 Lakhs worth of coverage for you and your familyUnlimited Paid Time Off: Take the time you need to recharge and come back refreshedFlexible Working Hours: Work arrangements that fit your life and commitmentsLet's build the future of software together.
