We are looking for a driven, experienced Sales Manager to join our team and help lead performance across our active project portfolio.The RoleThis is a full-time, on-site, paid position based at our Andheri East office (near Western Express Highway Metro Station). As Sales Manager, you will independently manage client relationships from first meeting through to deal closure, work across Mumbai's residential markets, and contribute to the overall sales strategy of the team.What You Will Be DoingIndependently handle the full sales cycle from site visits and property presentations through to negotiation, documentation, and deal closureBuild and manage a personal client portfolio across Mumbai's residential markets, with a focus on qualified buyers and investorsDevelop and nurture relationships with Clients to generate consistent referral businessStay up to date on live project inventory, developer pricing, payment plans, and market trendsCollaborate with the pre-sales team to ensure quality lead handovers and a seamless client experienceMeet monthly booking and revenue targets and report pipeline progress to senior managementContribute to team training sessions and share market insights with colleaguesWhat We Are Looking ForMinimum one year of proven experience in real estate sales, with a proven record of property closuresPrior experience working with or through Channel Partner (CP) firms is strongly preferredStrong ability to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and guide them through complex purchase decisionsConfident negotiator with the ability to close deals independentlyExcellent verbal communication in English and Hindi; additional languages are an advantageFamiliarity with Mumbai's residential property market- Western, Central, or South Mumbai corridors preferredProficiency in CRM or lead management tools is beneficialDegree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferredCompensationFixed salary: INR 28,000 – 50,000 per month, based on experience and track recordAdditional incentives paid on top of fixed salary, linked to bookings and closuresThis is a fully paid position; no fees are charged to applicants at any stageWhat We OfferA competitive fixed salary with performance incentives on topExposure to premium residential projects across Mumbai's most active property corridorsA collaborative team of over 70+ professionals in a high-energy, growth-focused environmentStructured mentorship from experienced real estate leadersClear progression path as the business growsQualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationshipsProven expertise in Sales and Sales ManagementExperience in Training and guiding sales teamsResult-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding goalsKnowledge of the real estate industry is an advantageDegree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldStrong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
