The Accountant will oversee day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, the role involves preparing budgets, monitoring expenditures, conducting audits, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy and transparency. Qualifications Strong technical accounting skills, including proficiency in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and account reconciliationFamiliarity with budgeting, expenditure tracking, and auditsProficiency in accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks, Tally, or similar platformsKeen attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and analytical capabilitiesKnowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and tax preparationStrong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple financial tasksEffective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teams and stakeholdersBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldPrior experience in the construction industry is a plus
