Our products — Inya Platform (Agentic AI for CX), Inya Analytics/Insights, and InyaAgent Assist — are deployed across Fortune 500 enterprises in BFSI, telecom, retail, and healthcare.We are now at an inflection point: scaling our Agentic AI platforms to global markets and building thenext generation of human-AI collaboration infrastructure.T H E R O L EWe are looking for a Director of Products who has lived inside the Conversational AI world — someonewho has shipped voice first Agentic AI or speech intelligence products and understands what it actuallytakes to make them work in enterprise environments. You bring hands-on exposure to Generative AIand Agentic AI, not just awareness of the space.Beyond individual product craft, this role is fundamentally about building and leading a multidisciplinaryproduct team of up to 10 people — spanning PMs, designers, a product marketer, and a technicalcontent writer — and creating the conditions for that team to move fast, stay aligned, and ship withquality.W H A T Y O U ' L L D OProduct Strategy & Roadmap• Define and own the 12–18 month product vision and roadmap for Inya.ai, Speech Analytics, andAgent Assist• Translate Gnani's business goals and customer insights into clear, sequenced bets — balancingenterprise demand, AI capability evolution, and platform scalability• Set the framework for how new Generative and Agentic AI capabilities get evaluated, prioritized,and integrated into existing productsConversational & Agentic AI Product Development• Drive product development across the full stack of Conversational AI — ASR, NLU, dialoguemanagement, LLM orchestration, TTS, and voice UX• Own the evolution of our Agentic AI capabilities: multi-step reasoning, tool/API use, memory,autonomous task execution, and human-in-the-loop design• Work hands-on with AI/ML and Speech teams — you understand model capabilities deeplyenough to push back, shape feasibility, and identify under-leveraged potentialTeam Leadership & Culture• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of up to 10 across PM, design, product marketing, and technicalcontent:– Junior and Senior Product Managers — own sprint-level delivery, feature discovery, and roadmapexecution– UI/UX Designers — enterprise interface design and conversational UX– Product Marketer — GTM strategy, positioning, and launch campaigns– Technical Content Writer — product documentation, release notes, and developer content• Establish PM rituals, decision frameworks, and craft expectations across the team• Create clear ownership, reduce ambiguity, and run a tight loop between product, engineering, and GTMCustomer & Market Intelligence• Own enterprise discovery — regularly engage with customers, CXOs, and solution architects tosurface unmet needs and validate hypotheses• Track the Conversational AI and Agentic AI competitive landscape; synthesize signals intopositioning and product decisions• Partner with Sales and Pre-Sales to understand deal dynamics, objections, and feature gaps that affect revenueLaunch & GTM Enablement• Drive product launches end-to-end — from feature readiness to market messaging, salesenablement, and customer communication• Work with the Product Marketer and tech content writers to develop compelling positioning forInya.ai and Gnani's broader platform story• Define product success metrics and track adoption, retention, and revenue impact post-launchW H O W E ' R E L O O K I N G F O RExperience — Non-Negotiable• 10–14 years of overall experience, with at least 3 years in a director or senior product managerrole.• Leadership experience managing a team of up to 15 people• Demonstrable experience building products in the Conversational AI space• Hands-on exposure to Generative AI and Agentic AI: you've worked with LLMs, prompt pipelines,RAG, tool use, or autonomous agents in a product context — not just as an observer• Proven track record of managing cross-functional product teams, including designers andmarketers — not just engineers• Experience owning product from discovery through to GA launch and revenue impactWhat Strong Looks Like• You've shipped enterprise SaaS products that are live, not just PoCs — and you know what post-launch ownership really means• You can hold a deep technical conversation with an ML engineer about LLM latency trade-offs andthen switch rooms to help a content writer sharpen a product one-pager• You give junior PMs structured feedback, not just corrections — and you invest in their growthdeliberately• You're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where frameworks emerge from practice,not process documents• You've dealt with enterprise complexity — multi-stakeholder sales cycles, integration-heavydeployments, and demanding SLAsBonus Credentials• Familiarity with CCaaS platforms (Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, Amazon Connect) or CRMintegrations• Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS platform design — APIs, SDKs, tenant isolation, extensibility• BFSI, telecom, or healthcare vertical experience where Gnani is deeply deployed
