You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing high-performance websites that align with our clients' strategic messaging and brand standards. Key ResponsibilitiesWeb Development & Maintenance:Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring high performance and availability.Translate wireframes and design mockups into functional, responsive web pages.Manage front-end and back-end development, including database and server integration.Design & UI/UX Integration:Apply design principles to ensure websites are visually compelling and user-friendly.Work with the Brand & Content team to ensure site layouts align with brand guidelines and visual hierarchy.Enhance existing site structures by improving layout, formatting, and overall visual clarity.Optimization & Asset Management:Implement best practices for SEO, site speed, and mobile responsiveness.Build and maintain a library of reusable code modules and graphical assets for future use.Ensure logical flow and persuasive user journeys across all digital platforms.Collaboration & Execution:Coordinate with internal teams to understand technical requirements and project deadlines.Work closely with Skalegrow's clients to understand the WordPress development requirements from time to time and ensure tasks are completed within the agreed upon SLAs. Desired Skills and QualificationsExperience: 2–3 years of professional experience in WordPress development and web design.Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.Platform Knowledge: Advanced experience with WordPress themes, plugins, and page builders (e.g., Elementor, Divi, or Gutenberg).Design Tools: Experience with Figma/Adobe XD is highly desiredB2B Context: Experience working with IT, SaaS, or tech-heavy clients is a significant plus.Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong aesthetic sense, and the ability to communicate effectively with Skalegrow's clients.
