My client, a global services organization with operations across multiple geographies and a strong growth agenda, is looking to hire a leadership role within the HRBP space.Role SummarySenior HR Business Partner leadership role supporting global business unitsStrong focus on Global Mergers & Acquisitions — from due diligence to post-merger integrationAct as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on people, structure, and transformationRole sits within a services-led, non-manufacturing environment (Healthcare / GCC / Consulting)Key ResponsibilitiesServe as HRBP to senior business and global leadership teamsLead Global HR M&A initiatives, including due diligence and post-merger integrationDrive policy harmonization across geographies post-acquisitionLead change management initiatives during integration and transformationPartner on policy framing, governance, and HR operating model designOversee compensation, benefits alignment, and rewards harmonizationSupport org design, workforce planning, talent retention, and leadership alignmentAct as HR SPOC for acquisition-related people strategy and executionKey Skills & Experience Required15 to 20 years of progressive HR experience with a strong HRBP foundationMandatory Global M&A exposure (cross-border integrations)Hands-on experience in policy harmonization, benefits alignment, and change managementAbility to work with global stakeholders and matrixed organizationsBackground in Healthcare services / GCC / Consulting / IT servicesStrong expertise in HR governance, org design, and people transformationManufacturing / plant HR experience not relevant Location: HyderabadWork Mode: WFO only Apply with your updated CV
