Drive Commercial Card spend growth across enterprise clients. Build UPI-led B2B payment rails for collections and disbursements. Improve transaction success rates and reduce reconciliation effort. Monetize through interchange, MDR, float, and value-added services.The role will focus on building embedded payment capabilities across:Corporate / Purchasing / Virtual CardsUPI-based enterprise collections & payoutsUtility & vendor payments (BBPS / Bharat Connect)ERP & expense management integrationsPlatform-led automated reconciliationThis is a 0–1 and 1–N scaling role, requiring strong execution capability across banking, networks, technology, compliance, and enterprise clients.Key Responsibilities:Product Ownership – Commercial CardsOwn lifecycle of: Corporate Cards, Purchasing Cards (P-Cards), Virtual Cards (single use / multi-use) and T&E Cards.Work with issuing banks and networks (e.g., Visa / Mastercard).Design spends controls: MCC restrictions, Geo controls, Department-level limits pre-funded / credit-based modelsIntegrate cards with expense management, ERP, and approval workflows.Build card-led use cases: Utility payments, Vendor payments, Subscription management and Recurring B2B spends.Product Ownership – UPI (Enterprise & B2B)Lead UPI feature development aligned with National Payments Corporation of India guidelines.Manage: UPI Collect, UPI Intent, UPI Autopay (e-mandate), QR for enterprise collections and Credit on UPI (where applicable)Build UPI-based solutions for Utility bill collections, Payment links, Bulk vendor payouts and corporate treasury flowsOptimize routing and success rates across PSP/acquiring banks.Monitor NPCI circulars and regulatory changes proactively.Embedded Finance & SaaS IntegrationIntegrate payment rails into Approval workflows, Invoice management, Utility bill platforms and Expense management systems.Drive API-first architecture.Work closely with tech teams on Authorization flows, Settlement files, Reconciliation automation and Webhooks & callbacksRevenue & Commercial OwnershipDefine pricing models of Interchange revenue, MDR and SaaS + Payment bundlingWork with Sales to structure enterprise proposals.Drive enterprise adoption and cross-sell.Banking & Ecosystem ManagementLiaise with Issuing banks, Acquiring banks, Card networks and UPI PSP partnersSupport agreement structuring and commercials.Drive enhancements in limits, settlement timelines, and transaction caps.Metrics & Performance ManagementOwn and track the Commercial card activation rate, Spend per active card, Interchange yield, UPI TPV & success rate, Enterprise adoption metrics, Reconciliation TATReducing in manual interventionExperience:5–8 years in Fintech / Banking / Payment Gateway / B2B SaaS.Experience working with Corporate Cards, UPI / Payment Gateway, BBPS / Bharat Connect (preferred) and Enterprise clients.Strong understanding of Card authorization & settlement flows, Interchange economics, UPI architecture, AR/AP payment models, Bank integrations & escrow models.Key Competencies:Strong execution biasStructured thinking & problem solvingStakeholder management (Banks + Enterprise CXOs)Analytical & data-driven mindsetComfort with regulatory frameworksAbility to work in high-growth startup environment
