From HR and leadership communications to internal campaigns, QShots, and award narratives, you’ll create engaging content that informs, inspires, and strengthens our employer brand—ensuring one clear, consistent voice across internal and talent-facing communications.What you’ll be a part of?Content Design & Internal CommunicationsOwn end-to-end content creation for all HR and internal communications (HR announcements, policy communications, newsletters & internal campaigns).Translate complex HR policies, programs and initiatives into clear, engaging, employee-friendly content.Design content flows for internal platforms ensuring consistency in tone and structure.Create award write-ups, nominations, citations, and documentation that reflect impact and storytelling excellence.Editorial Ownership & Quality ControlAct as the editorial gatekeeper for all people-related content.Ensure tone, voice, and messaging are consistent across platforms and audiences.Maintain content standards, templates, and guidelines for HR communications.Collaboration & Creative ExecutionWork closely with design, video, and employer branding teams to bring content to life.Conceptualize formats for campaigns, newsletters, and internal storytelling initiatives.Support multimedia storytelling through briefs, scripts, and creative inputs.Insights & Continuous ImprovementTrack engagement and effectiveness of internal and employer branding content.Stay updated on content, employer branding, and internal communications trends.Continuously improve storytelling formats based on feedback and performance.Employer Branding & StorytellingCraft compelling narratives around people, culture, milestones, and impact.Support employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, campus hiring, and talent campaigns.Develop content for employee spotlights, culture stories, leadership branding, and engagement events.Required Skills:Minimum 2 years of experience in HR with a Bachelors / Masters degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.Strong writing, editing, and content structuring skills with high attention to detail.Ability to simplify complex information into engaging narratives.Experience or strong interest in HR content, internal communications, or employer branding.Understanding of content formats across internal platforms and social channels.Basic visual/content design skills (Canva, PowerPoint) preferred.Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.High ownership mindset, curiosity, and creative thinking.
