Job Title: Part-Time Oracle HCM Consultant (Benefits / Absence / Union) – Remote (India)Location: Remote – Anywhere in IndiaJob Type: Part-Time / Contract (Hourly Basis)We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant based in India to provide part-time support to our existing consultants on an hourly basis.This role is ideal for professionals who want flexible evening hours and have strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules, particularly Benefits, Absence Management, and Union configuration.Key Responsibilities• Provide functional support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules.• Assist the existing consulting team with Benefits, Absence, and Union related configurations and troubleshooting.• Support ongoing client projects and enhancements.• Work collaboratively with the consulting team to resolve issues and deliver solutions.Requirements• Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.• Hands-on experience with Benefits and Absence Management modules.• Experience working with Union configurations is preferred.• Ability to work independently and support consultants remotely.• Good communication and problem-solving skills.Work Schedule• Remote (Anywhere in India)• Monday – Friday• Flexible timing between 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST (can be discussed)Compensation• Hourly pay basis (to be discussed based on experience).How to ApplyIf you are interested, please feel free to connect:Mr. Kumar
