Job Title: Performance Marketer / Performance Marketing ManagerLocation:On-site – JaipurExperience Required:3–5 Years (Mandatory)Job Type:Full-timeJob DescriptionPodosphere Technologies is looking for a Performance Marketer with strong expertise in paid advertising and data-driven growth strategies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience running and scaling paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms, with a proven track record in handling e-commerce brands within an agency environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across:Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)LinkedIn Ads and other social platformsManage multiple client accounts simultaneously while ensuring performance targets are met.Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for paid media execution, optimization, and reporting.Create high-performing ad copy ideas, creative angles, and campaign structures.Work closely with the design team to guide ad creatives and improve conversion performance.Analyze campaign performance using data and insights to drive decisions (ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, conversions).Prepare performance reports and present actionable insights.Lead, mentor, and manage a performance marketing team.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution and scaling of campaigns.Apply strong marketing logic and funnel-based thinking to achieve business objectives.Required Skills & Qualifications3–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social media ad platforms.Proven experience working with e-commerce brands.Prior experience in a digital marketing agency environment.Strong understanding of data-driven marketing and analytics.Ability to manage teams and handle multiple clients efficiently.Experience in ad copy ideation and creative strategy.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with D2C brands and high-budget ad accounts.Knowledge of tracking tools, pixels, conversion APIs, and analytics platforms.Ability to build scalable systems and optimize funnels.How to ApplyInterested candidates can apply by sharing their resume at:
