This role will be pivotal in driving scientific engagement, building strong KOL relationships, and advancing medical strategy across the assigned zone.1. Scientific Engagement & KOL ManagementDevelop and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinicians, and researchers in Cell & Gene TherapyLead high-quality scientific discussions on advanced therapies including CAR-T, gene editing, and regenerative medicineIdentify and map emerging KOLs and centers of excellence2. Medical Strategy & ExecutionSupport execution of regional medical strategy aligned with global and national objectivesProvide medical insights to internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, regulatory)Contribute to medical planning, advisory boards, and scientific meetings3. Clinical & Scientific CommunicationDeliver data-driven presentations to healthcare professionalsTranslate complex clinical data into clear, impactful insightsSupport investigator-initiated studies (IIS) and clinical research collaborations4.
