Our platform enables transparent, liquid, and efficient access to gold by bridging physical bullion, digital tokens, and modern payment rails.Role SummaryWe are looking for a senior leader to manage liquidity, trading operations, and settlement workflows across physical bullion, tokenized assets, and fiat/crypto rails. The role requires hands-on expertise in bullion trading, hedging, treasury, and institutional crypto settlement.Key ResponsibilitiesHedging, Pricing & SourcingOwn end-to-end gold & silver trading operationsExecute hedging strategies on DGCX / COMEXManage real-time pricing, spreads, margins, and sourcing from approved suppliersCrypto Settlement & Treasury OperationsHandle USDT / USDC (or similar stablecoins) in institutional setupsManage wallets, settlements, and reconciliations using platforms like Fireblocks or equivalentEnsure accurate crypto-fiat-asset settlement flowsBanking & PaymentsWork closely with regional banks (RAKBANK, Emirates NBD, etc.)Execute corporate net banking, payment rails, and same-day settlementsCoordinate fiat settlements aligned with bullion and token transactionsB2B Bullion Client ManagementDeal with B2B clients including bullion dealers, jewellers, and wholesalersManage quotes, trade execution, confirmations, and post-trade coordinationRisk, Inventory & Liquidity ManagementMonitor inventory exposure, intraday risk, and price volatilityEnsure liquidity discipline and zero operational slippage across physical, token, and cash/crypto legsKey SkillsBullion Trading & HedgingLiquidity & Treasury ManagementDigital Assets / Tokenized GoldCrypto Settlement (USDT/USDC)Fireblocks or Institutional WalletsDGCX / COMEXB2B Precious Metals DealingRisk & Inventory ManagementQualificationsPostgraduate degree in Finance or a related field; Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.Strong experience in bullion markets, trading desks, or treasury operationsExposure to digital assets / crypto settlement preferredWhy Join UsWork at the intersection of gold, digital assets, and financial infrastructureHigh-ownership leadership roleOpportunity to build next-gen tokenized commodity markets
