This role will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content across marketing, product communication, and brand storytelling. The ideal candidate should be able to transform complex fintech and Web3 concepts into simple, engaging visuals and motion content that resonate with global audiences. You will work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to support campaigns, product launches, and user engagement through impactful visual design.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign high-quality creatives for social media, blogs, websites, marketing campaigns, and announcementsCreate brand collaterals, presentation decks, banners, and marketing assetsProduce motion graphics, animated visuals, and explainer contentCreate animated posts and short-form motion content for social mediaDevelop visuals that simplify complex fintech and Web3 conceptsEdit short-form videos, reels, product walkthroughs, and marketing videosProduce video content for product launches, updates, and campaignsAdapt video formats for multiple platforms such as X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTubeDesign visual assets for product features, app flows, and interface screensCollaborate with marketing, product, and community teams on campaigns and launchesManage and organise design assets while following brand guidelinesStay updated on design trends in fintech, Web3, and digital productsRequired Qualifications5+ years of professional design experience3+ years of experience working with fintech, crypto, or Web3Strong portfolio showcasing graphics, motion design, and video editing workProficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Animation tools (Blender, Cinema4D, etc.), Figma, or similar design toolsExperience creating motion graphics, animated posts, and short-form video contentSolid understanding of layout, typography, branding, and digital design principlesAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environmentApplication InstructionsTo apply, please send the following to ResumePortfolio (including graphics, motion design, and video work)
