Job Title

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Mid-Level NetSuite practitioners to support and enhance the ERP environment across our private equity firm and its portfolio companies. This role requires working hours coverage of 1PM to 10PM IST to support our clients in EU and Americas. Need hands-on NetSuite experience, strong process understanding, and familiarity with multi-entity financial operations. Much of this role will involve leading NetSuite ERP implementation projects. You will help drive standardization, reporting improvements, and system optimization while supporting both day-to-day administration and project-based initiatives.What will you do: Perform day-to-day NetSuite administration, including roles/permissions, reports, searches, dashboards, and configuration updatesAnalyze and improve Finance, Accounting, Inventory, and Operations workflows within NetSuiteSupport ERP enhancement projects and assist with new module rollouts or integrationsCollaborate with portfolio companies to ensure consistent processes and data structuresAssist in the evaluation and onboarding of new acquisitions into the ERP environmentMaintain data quality through audits, cleanup, and validation processesSupport month/quarter-end reporting needs by building and maintaining financial reportsDocument system configurations, business processes, and best practicesProvide user support and training across the PE firm and portfolio companiesCollaborate with integration partners and internal teams to improve cross-system workflowsIdeally, you should have: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business 6–9 years of NetSuite administration or ERP analyst experienceStrong understanding of financial processes (GL, AP, AR, Purchasing, Inventory)Proficiency building saved searches, custom reports, forms, and workflowsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced PE environment with multiple entitiesExcellent communication and analytical skillsExperience with multi-entity NetSuite environmentsExposure to Suite Analytics, simple workflows, or basic scripting conceptsDeep understanding of multiple end to end business processes (Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing) that lead into to accounting functionsExperience with integration tools (OIC, MuleSoft, Celigo, Boomi, etc.)Experience with other ERP systems (Oracle ERP, Acumatica, SAP B1)
