We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our USA market outreach and pipeline development. This role will be responsible for prospecting, outbound engagement, lead qualification, and setting high-quality meetings with potential clients across the North American construction ecosystem.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B outbound sales, lead research, and account-based prospecting and will play a critical role in building a strong pipeline for the Business Development team.Key Responsibilities:Conduct targeted outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to prospective clients in the USA market.Identify and qualify leads based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), project opportunities, and decision-making roles.Perform deep account research and data mining to identify key stakeholders within target organizations.Build and manage a structured pipeline of qualified prospects across targeted market segments.Schedule discovery meetings, demos, and sales discussions for the Business Development team.Maintain accurate lead information, activity tracking, and engagement history in the CRM system.Work closely with Business Development and Marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.Ensure consistent follow-ups and nurture prospects through early stages of the sales cycle.Provide market insights and prospect feedback to improve targeting and messaging strategies.Requirements:5+ years of experience in B2B sales development, SDR, or inside sales roles, preferably in construction technology, SaaS, engineering, or related industries in USA market.Demonstrated experience in prospecting and outbound sales targeting the USA market.Strong experience in lead research, account-based prospecting, and ICP-driven pipeline development.Excellent English communication skills with the ability to confidently engage international clients.Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.Ability to conduct consultative conversations and understand client challenges.Strong organizational skills, persistence, and goal-oriented mindset.Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools will be an added advantage.About Arth Arth is a leading Construction Technology company specializing in advanced digital solutions such as VDC (Virtual Design and Construction), BIM (Building Information Modeling), Digital Twins, Advanced Construction Management, and more.
