Position SummaryWe are looking for a Senior / Manager – Accounts & Finance with strong exposure to plant-level manufacturing finance, statutory compliances, and costing. The role operates on a regional/national basis and works closely with plant and HO teams.Key Responsibilities:-Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ESIC, EPF, Professional Tax, Factory & Labour Laws, ROCCoordinate with consultants, auditors, and statutory authoritiesPrepare monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial statementsSupervise accounting in Tally Prime and Odoo ERPHandle batch-wise costing, product profitability, BOM, and budgetingPerform variance analysis between standard vs actual costLead plant & HO accounts teamsManage customer/vendor reconciliationsCoordinate with banks for loans, OD/CC limits, renewalsSupport statutory, tax, and internal audits.Qualifications & Experience:-CMA / / CA Dropout / Other Professional Accounting Qualification12–15 years of relevant experienceMandatory experience in pharma / chemical manufacturingStrong hands-on exposure to plant financeTechnical SkillsTally Prime & Odoo ERP (Mandatory)GST, Income Tax, ROC compliancesCosting, budgeting, BOMsAdvanced MS ExcelSoft SkillsOwnership mindsetStrong analytical skillsAbility to work cross-functionally with plant & HO teams
