SAP CertificationC_S4EWM - SAP Certified Associate - Extended Warehouse Management in SAP S/4HANACertification must be valid for 6 months at the time of Joining (Non-Negotiable)Experience2-4 YrsMust have hands‑on exposure to SAP Warehouse Management activities like:Warehousing Operations ExecutiveInventory Management and Physical Inventory Bin Management Put-away and removal strategies Inbound and outbound material movements Staging components to productionQuality integration with warehouse activities SAP Warehousing end userLevel 1 / Level 2 Support Analyst Location:Pan IndiaJob DescriptionWarehouse Management ConsultingGather and analyze business requirements across Inbound, Outbound, Internal Warehouse Processes, Inventory Handling, and Logistics Execution.Configure and support SAP WM / SAP S/4HANA Stock Room Management components including: Warehouse Structure & Master DataInbound Processes (GR, Put away Strategies)Outbound Processes (Picking, Packing, GI)Internal Movements (Replenishment, Transfer Orders, Putaway/Pick Strategies)Batch Management, Handling Units (HU), Storage Units (SU)Design and implement standard SAP WM/S4HANA capabilities, minimizing customizations.Project & Delivery ResponsibilitiesParticipate in end-to-end SAP WM/S4HANA implementation cycles, rollouts, upgrades, and enhancement projects.Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) for custom developments, RF-enabled processes, and system integrations.Support System Integration Testing (SIT), UAT, migration validations, and cutover activities.Provide L2/L3 application support, troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and propose system improvements.Cross‑Functional CollaborationWork closely with warehouse operations, logistics teams, procurement, production planning, and cross-functional business users.Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP/RICEFW) for developments and enhancements.Coordinate integration touchpoints with MM, SD, PP, QM, and external warehouse/logistics applications (if applicable).Documentation & TrainingPrepare configuration documents, process flows, test scripts, and user manuals.Conduct training, knowledge-transfer (KT) sessions for business users and operations teams.Ensure all functional documentation is maintained as per project and audit standards.
